Each project begins with a comprehensive photographic inventory of surplus furnishings. From there, FRS develops detailed disposition and logistics plans, outlining all options for liquidation, charitable reuse, and recycling.

Phase 2: Execution & Management

During the loading phase, Furniture Reuse Solutions provides on-site management to ensure material quantity and quality, and oversees all loading paperwork to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

Phase 3: Reporting & Completion

After the project is complete, Furniture Reuse Solutions generates a comprehensive Results Report, detailing inventory, tonnage, and destination information, providing transparency and accountability for the entire process.
